Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority! The Studio DS team is committed to doing everything to optimize your satisfaction with our products. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that your order does not give you complete satisfaction. You have the possibility to make an exchange or request a refund.

  • You have 14 working days from receipt of your order (the flashing of La Poste being authentic), to make an opinion and return to us the item(s) that will not suit you.

  • Only products returned in their new condition and original packaging, intact will be exchanged or refunded.

  • Any product that is incomplete, damaged and therefore no longer in a “new” condition, or that has obviously been used will not be refunded or exchanged.

  • For hygiene reasons, no extension package will be refunded or exchanged if: The extensions have been detached from their original packaging (For extensions, the links at the base of the extensions are the guarantee that the extensions have not been used.)

The hair is dirty or tangled

  • Extensions carry a smell other than their natural smell (example: perfume smell) or are returned with foreign bodies (example: leaves, crumbs…)

The packaging is damaged

  • Extensions and their packaging must be in new condition, otherwise no refund or exchange is possible.

  • Any product that no longer has these links cannot be exchanged or refunded. The same applies if it turns out that the links have been removed and handed over.
